'Preferences' box, 1.7 ?

What's up with 'preference' box in 1.7a? Small rectangle, non maxible - non stretchy? Can't use in other words ... anyone?

Agreed that it cannot be stretched, but it is a normal size. Did you make a profile just for 1.7? This is a case that I did not. I am using one which had been created for 1.5, and used only once., and it is regulation size.

Same here, Fulvio. Used one of my spare Mozilla Profiles, and although the window can't be resized, it is the normal size...

Wise man once said, 'when in doubt, leave it out'. I simply opted for going back to 1.6 stable - problems with preference box went away - simple.
