News from The Daily Mac, Apple has quietly enhanced the specifications of its high-end 30-inch Cinema HD Display.

The display’s brightness, which was previously 270 cd/m2, is now listed at 400 cd/m2. Meanwhile, its contrast ratio also appears to have been bumped from 400:1 to 700:1.

Pricing remains unchanged at US$2499.

Apple first released 30" Cinema Display on 30 June 2004 at a price tag of US$ 3299. The price was dropped to US$ 2999 on 5 January 2005. When Apple dropped the price of 20-inch and 23-inch Cinema Display, the price of 30-inch Cinema Display remanded the same.
