6.2.3 mail problems - no text after header

I've been using Netscape 6.2 mail for awhile now on a PowerMac and never had any problems but my computer went down and I'm using a backup with similar settings. My problem is that I can no longer read my email. Its coming through, and the header shows like usual but when I try to view the message - I see nothing! I've gone over the settings multiple times and there seems to be no difference, but even our tech guy is puzzled. Any help would be appreciated.

My first guess, did you set the Mail to display text in white colour?
My second guess, the Netscape is damaged.
We suggest you re-install Netscape 6.2.3 or upgrade to Netscape 7.02.
