Wow. I had refrained from even giving 7.1 a go in lieu of things but I just had to see ... this is such a crime to send this away ( 'N') - was definitely heading toward rockin' and rollin' once again, definitely. But the money ran out.
And so it goes ...

My friend,
there is nothing wrong with 7.1, which can't be fixed with a bit of tweaking, but, in my case, with more frequent use of the Prefbar. The resources can take a beating, if you, blithely, proceed expecting that all will be. You can't do it, with pre-WinXP OS. How well are the later OSs doing, I am not sure.
The attack to your resources can be kept in check, but if you have 128MB memory, you are sunk, quickly. And, this is not only Netscape. It is the way of many programs which were designed for the newer machines.
