A friend of mine has a pair of 5.1-channel headphones; I believe he told me they were 500kn (roughly US$90, or €70), which seems on par with the US$129 from Logitech.
Reading the specifications page, it looks like the only way to hook up the headphones is by USB and special software, which rules out the possibility of using it with, say, a PS3 or Xbox 360. I've seen headsets before that use an S/PDIF interface, but I can't be certain that any of them were 7.1-channel and not 5.1-channel. The 5.1-channel set I mentioned earlier had three 3.5mm analog hookups (front stereo, rear stereo, and center/sub).
