701Mania - The Game, version 0.3 is now out!
Like the previous version, this was written in Java, however, this version was made using the faster and more native AWT toolkit instead of Swing, which makes the game both smaller and faster!
To avoid losing the source code again, I'm publishing it this time. Unfortunately, I lost the icon I was using for the Mac version, which means that this version doesn't have an icon (it uses the Mac OS X generic application icon). If anyone wants to volunteer an icon, I'd appreciate it
Linux users, it is recommended that you do NOT use Sun's Java, and use the free GIJ (GNU Interpreter for Java, part of GCJ) that comes with most distributions instead. AWT support on Sun's Java for Linux is very poor, not to mention it looks ugly as hell. Linux screenshots are taken using GIJ.
To win this game, you must correctly answer 17 questions (yes,
seventeen questions). Some questions have been added that have not been onthe 701Mania show (yet).
