A very serious Problem. Pleaaaaase help!. Very Very Urgent

Postby Ashok_mcs » Thu 24 Feb, 2005 7:26 am

Hi Friends!

I am having Netscape 7.2 in the systems in the network. We were using IMAP by installing it with the administrator rights. Everyone were with that. Now as per user choice we have given access with POP3. While this process we deleted unwanted files and remained with important ones. When we were activating with the user & password we found that all the files were deleted and only the default were remaining. Now it is very much important to recover the Lost data. Please Help if anyone can.
Sooooon please.

Thanks,
Ashok.

Hello Ashok,
Welcome to SillyDog701.

Firstly, I would like to point out that it is important to use proper subject (i.e. meaningful, descriptive).

That's the nature of POP3. All emails once downloaded to the client's machine there won't be a copy left in the server by default, unless the user specify to keep a copy of email in the server.

Are you referring the email as lost data? or something else?
