In Tools Menu ion IE there is no option which can offer view on those files. They are usually stored in system folders. This article might help you: Click

Other solution is to start Disk Cleanup utility. When disk is examined, the option to view files is offered - you will find the exact location of those files. Above mention article gives you a more comprehensive look on this matter, especially as far as W2000 is concerned. Some things might be valid even for XP.

I never try to view the Temp.Internet Files. I use a cleanup utility once a day, and, I have little to worry about them.
