Accessing Netscape Webmail

Is there a way to access Netsccape webmail with a client other than Netscape. They are using IMAP. But when I configure Eudora or Outlook Express, it tells me it can't access the server imap.mail.netcenter.com
Has anyone ever done this?

Either using Netscape Mail, integrated, or access via web interface.
