add pop up window?

Hello, I am working in dreamweaver mx and I am trying to have a popup page window load as the home page loads. I don't want it to be a new browser window from a button. For some reason the onload feature does not seem to be working??

Most modern browsers explicitly disallow opening a second window as a page of HTML is loaded, just because the technique was so heavily abused by unscrupulous marketers for so long. To see if that's the problem, turn off popup blocking in whatever browser you're testing with.
