How do I put a picture in a post?

I already answered this via PM for you, but again:

Firstly upload the file to your webspace, usually via FTP (I use a program called Putty)

Then link to your image here... for example, if the image was located here: http://cr.scmillennium.com/mozilla/cookies.jpg to post the image I would use the IMG tags [IMG ] and [ /IMG] (Note that there are no spaces between the square brackets and the words, but I had to put them in so that the forum didn't think I was attempting to post images.

So I've put [ img ] http://cr.scmillennium.com/mozilla/cookies.jpg [ /img ] - the end result?
