In order to prevent you from receiving unsolicited e-mail, from untrustworthy
third parties, ("spam") I have removed your e-mail address from this post.

Spammers use special software that can "harvest" websites and internet
message boards, for e-mail addresses to add to their mailing lists. If you
still want to receive an answer to your question privately, this message
board has it's own private messaging facility for it's members to use.

As "spam" is at a highly unacceptable level, and is on the increase, I hope
you can understand why I've removed your e-mail address from this post.
