address boook entries disappear

Can anyone please tell me if there is a kinown bug in Netscape 7.1 wrt loosing address book entries.

I saved some email/phone info and the email addresses Netscape automatically knows about from email I've sent/received just disappears.

If know one nows about this bug, how do I let Netscape in on this?
