Another iPod ripoff, this time, it's iPod mini rip-off, and not just the design, but the name as well, it's called "IPOD Mini". From Orient Export Technology Co., Ltd, (HK)

Apple probably cannot sue them over the design, but they'll certainly have a case over the name.
