Answers to those Cautioned ranks and behaviours

Postby Antony » Fri 23 Apr, 2004 3:49 pm

I am here to repeat again.
If you do not behave nicely, you will receive a Cautioned ranking.

Any breaks in Rules and Policies will give you a Cautioned rank. That includes multiple accounts/registrations.
If you ask questions in a crude way or only post senseless junk, you will also receive a Cautioned rank.

Now a special message to those in Canada, particularly one said to be from "Nebraska". If you do not behave, entire access will be banned.

I copied this from my other post, why did the aviators change? Image
why is this so plain.

Also how can someone be from Canada and Nebraska at the same time? I do not have multiple accounts so don't worry about me, what would be the use of it anyway?? and also why are you warning all of the people from Canada it's not like we are bad people, I behave as much as I possibly can. Just when I don't agree I am not so nice (sorry for and offence I may have caused)

I see now what the aviator means, it means warning doesn't it, why have I been warned?

If you were warned, you'd have the 'cautioned' image. The plain 'member' images are to discourage people from posting for the sole purpose of increasing their post count.

Frankly I don't really care how high my post is, I just thought it looked cooler the way it was and know when I give advice people may not trust me as much because it looks like I have a bad ranking.

Most of my posts are of high quality, I admit that not all of them are but most of them are.

Surprisingly, I see more of not-so-important arguing and technical supports. And of those technical supports, I don't see much background.

What do you mean not much background, if I answer it usally sounds like good advice to me.

Earlier, just telling people to uninstall,
as for a more recent example, you just tell people that would work. Clearly you did not know the difference in Mac formatted and PC formatted floppies, right? Don't waste your time telling me those are high quality.

As for opinions, I saw very few reasons supporting them. Such way does not work very well in technical support.

I see your point but just to comment on the MAC thing, thats how I thought it worked, because the one of my friends that I worked on, I just copied software from my PC onto a disk and the Mac accepted it and let me copy the file off, and yet ut was windows formatted.

Why do you have to be so mean to me? I am nice to others, and others are nice to me. you are the only one who has a grudge against me.

Do not shout. That sort of attitude will not do you any favours on these forums . . .

And while you were using your other username (jake123) amongst other
things, you called another member of these forums "a lying sack of crap".
