Apple investigates iPod batteries

Postby AdrianLondon » Wed 11 Feb, 2004 11:39 am

Seems to me that whever something goes wrong at Microsoft (eg domain name registering, security flaws etc) it hits the front page on this site.

And yet, when a class action suit is taken against Apple for alleged false advertising of its iPod, there's no mention anywhere.

Well, here I am to rectify that :-)

Cutting and pasting the start of the article ...

Apple is investigating allegations that it misled people over the battery life of its iPod digital music player. Five separate class actions were filed against the company in December 2003.
