Banner Blind

I am sure that someone has tried Banner Blind, in spite of its present flaws. Some sites look so pitiful after it did its job, that I feel like restoring some sizes. Customization works well. Just right click on the item, which was not removed, select properties, take note of the pixels, and check that size, or add it if not present.
