Yes, it most certainly is . . . .
UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.0.2) Gecko/20021120 Netscape/7.01 (CK-DJGM-i.net)
SeaMonkey = Swiss Army Knife: It's versatile, reliable, and contains useful tools.
Windows Internet Explorer = Old Swiss Cheese: Full of holes, and it stinks!

Except that Quicklaunch is broken! Apart from that, NS7.01 is in every way better than 6.2.3

I haven't heard anything about a broken QuickLaunch. Can you be more specific? Maybe a reinstall is in order?

Quicklaunch has been broken in Mozilla since some way between 1.0 and 1.01. Its been broken in all other higher Mozila builds too.

The only problem I have with my PC is usually the same with having Netscape and IE: declaring the choice of default browser. I have declared Netscape as my default browser and also the default mail client over Internet Explorer and Outlook Express. Why? Even though I like using both IE 6 and Netscape 7.01, having Netscape's pop up blocker is fantastic and I can finally get through most sessions without pop up ads.

Straight from Mozilla 1.3 alpha Release Notes:

QuickLaunch

When you close the last window, Mozilla will unload itself and reload itself this may take a while. This will probably result in lots of disk thrashing. (Bug 143764)

When you close the last window, the icon in the tray will disappear and reappear at the end of the tray. (Bug 146340)
