Yes. XP is NT 5.1. 2000 is NT 5.0. The rest of Win32:

Win 95: Win 4.0
Win 98/98se: Win 4.1
Win Me: 4.9
Win NT4: NT 4.0
Win 2000: NT 5.0
Win XP: NT 5.1

And how much is too much, DJGM?

Well, as Mandrake said . . .

Mandrake wrote:Anything more than 256mb of RAM with Win95/98/Me is pointless . . .

That amount is just about enough for a Windows 9x/ME based system. If
you don't have any of the NT based versions of Windows, I'd say if you
have more than 256MB RAM for just running Windows 9x/ME, you can
get a varyingly degraded performance from your system, and in the
most extreme circumstances, system freeze-ups, and BSOD's . . .

If your PC is exclusively running an NT based version of Windows,
(such as NT4, XP or 2000), then you can plonk in upto 4GB of RAM.
(Mind you, no home PC user, will ever really need THAT much RAM!)

SeaMonkey = Swiss Army Knife: It's versatile, reliable, and contains useful tools.
Windows Internet Explorer = Old Swiss Cheese: Full of holes, and it stinks!

Don't think so. According to my own testing, K-M takes up LESS memory. Look at these figures:

Mozilla: Takes up 21, 708 of memory
Phoenix: Takes up 20, 124 of memory
K-M: Takes up 18, 816 of memory.

I rest my case!

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy the hell out of enough people to make it worth the effort.
