Due to the internet being paid for by outside money instead of by the state, the people paying for it have the control to unlock certain websites. So this is why I want to bypass the internet filter. Now since the internet uses a proxy server to filter the internet and locks all internet connections other than through the proxy, I need to find a site that has a browser in a browser (if that makes sense). The main reason to bypass the filter is to play othello (reversi). So although you may find it inethical I want to play and with most game sites locked its annoying.

FWIW, a correctly configured Novell BorderManager solution cannot be bypassed easily.

(at least until they figure it out. Then I could install some other browser and keep doing that 'till they finally catch on.
