Cache clearance on iMac?

Postby allen-uk » Mon 11 Jun, 2007 9:19 am

Hello.

iMac, intel. Is there any way of manually doing a cache clearance? On older Macs I've used there was cache emptying, desktop rebuild, etc., which I'd use if programs were crashing and running slowly, but I can't see anything similar on the iMac.

Is there anything I can do? I would have thought my 1Gb of RAM was more than enough for the small-scale work I do.

Allen.
