can't move a web page to short cut on screen window

Hi Nescape users perhaps you could direct me to the right motions to correct something that occured ( by it's self? )
Usualy I can find a web page and click it to my computer screen desktop along with many Icons
now I r click then save as desktop BUT!
now it go into documents here I find it ? so any how I click on this and a window pops up with a flash light nothing is here stupid!!

I don't understand a good deal of what you are saying.
I see that you are using NS7.1. Are you talking about 7.1? If so, you are posting in the wrong newsgroup. Communicator refers to NS4.8 and lower.
Secondly, you say that Google is your browser. To the best of my knowledge, although Google can do more and more every day, has never been a browser.
I know that NS may be saving into My Documents, but you are given a choice to save there or elsewhere. If you don't find your file anywhere, I don't get it.
