Split by Admin, was from [sdt=9305]this thread[/sdt] originally, since the subject of the original thread does not really describe the problem.

It worked for me :S

Seems to me this problem is caused by changing the URL of the forum as well.

just to quote the solution from the aforementioned link:

1) Open phpmyadmin or whatever MySQL database thing you may have.

2) Browse the table phpbb_config and look for server_name. It was on the second page for me.

3) Change the URL so that there is no HTTP.

4) Save all changes, then try it out!

This works for me, hope you all have some success!

That solution is to solve how to get access to the admin panel after you enter the wrong address into the admin panel.

i think u can just see admin panel but can not access full control in Admin panel............
