Every time i try to access web mail through web i keep getting a error message. Before that happens the url just keeps going from one url to the other till finaly i get an error message. I have no problems accessing it from Netscape 6 email program.

How do you access web mail through the web? I was in the NS7 Netscape web page, and I click to "My Netscape", and there was no problem.
I have heard of people having difficulty, at times, but I never ran into them.
But, I also never accessed the page the same way as they did. It could be temporary, but I will sure let you know if I see anything weird.

The funny thing is i tried it again today and it worked this is very strange considering i havent been able to access it through the web for several months.

The thing must have felt threatened, and decided to stop playing games.
But, I remember that I had problem at least once, even in pre-6.x days. The URL was changed slightly, so It is a good idea to get in through My Netscape, and then Add Bookmark for the Mail once in a while.

What browser are you using? IF it is a Netscape product (NOT Mozilla), then simply enable internet keywords. Once you have done that all you have to do is type "webmail" in the url address bar and it will take you right to it.

Note, mozilla works with many of the internet keywords, but the netscape specific services (webmail, calender, etc) don't work in mozilla builds.
