Google's Chrome browser is now available free on App Store. The iOS Chrome app is universal, which means it's native for both iPhone (and iPod touch) and iPad.
Both Chrome for iOS and its desktop sibling have the same look and feel that will make users comfortable when switching between mobile and desktop. The user interface and most features from the full desktop version carry over to the relatively stripped down mobile edition.
Thanks to Google's own voice search functionality, Chrome for iOS comes with Google Voice Search, allowing hands-free search navigation.
If users use Google account, the tabs opened will be synced between Chrome for desktop and Chrome for iOS (and other devices). This nifty feature allows users to pick up where they left off on another platform.
Chrome app requires iPhone, iPod touch or iPad with iOS 4.3 or later. Chrome is available free at iTunes App Store.
