There are, however defragging a Mac is under debate.
To many Mac suers, defrag is not something needed. Mac OS X uses different file system to Windows, and the file structure is totally different to Windows, as all related files are stored within [tt].app[/tt] ([tt].app[/tt] is, technically speaking, a special folder).
Anyhow, there are applications such as
iDefrag and
Drive Genius.

It might be due to the large HDD and the huge amount of files in your HDD.
