What can I do to get my browser (Netscape 7.1) to redirect to a new URL.

I get the following message (If you are seeing this page, your browser settings prevent you from automatically redirecting to a new URL.) but only on eBay and nowhere else.

This only started recently (I believe since I downloaded the most recent patch for XP-Professional).

A friend of mine (who doesn't use Netscape) thought it might be a problem with ActiveX.

If anyone can help me I'd appreciate it.

I think that you have a "sniffer" at your hand. Look at this thread

I'm still hoping someone can help me, step-by-step, as I don't understand Fulvio's reply nor the thread I was directed to.

What is a "sniffer" and how do I correct/disable it?

As far as I can see, eBay (the UK version at least) does not use any methods to block Netscape 7.x or any
other Gecko based browser. (If eBay started blocking Gecko from their sites, I'd cancel my eBay account!)
