You pre-ordered CrossOver Mac from us recently.
I am pleased to announce that we will be officially launching
CrossOver Mac next week at the Mac World Expo.
First and foremost, I wanted to thank you for your support
and your feedback. It has been a great help to us
as we feel our way forward in the Mac universe.
Second, I wanted to let you know that your support account
with us has gone live today, and will be valid through
April 16, 2008. That is our normal 12 months of support,
plus the extra 3 months of support which we promised as part
of the pre-order process.
This means that you are now eligible to submit support
tickets to our ticket system. You can visit this web page:

to enter a ticket. Please note that you will have to be
logged in with the email and password you used when purchasing.
A password reminder is available via the 'Login' link
on the upper right hand corner of our web site.
You should be aware that we are only human, and
that our support process does have its limits. You can

Note that a current support entitlement provides you with a free
update each time we release a new version of CrossOver
(which for you, will be at least until April 18, 2008).
We're looking forward to bringing out a wide range of improvements
during that time, including bug fixes, new application support,
and expanded support for games.
Starting next week, you will be able to download a non demo version of
CrossOver Mac by logging in to your account on our web site with the email and
password you used to purchase CrossOver and using the 'My Downloads'
link on the 'My Account' page. If you are using CrossOver Mac 6.0,
release candidate 2, you should be able to register it with the email
and password you used. It also looks quite likely that release candidate 2
will be identical to the finished product, so you won't need to upgrade next week.
Finally, I strongly recommend that you subscribe to our
announcements mailing list so that you are notified when a new
release of CrossOver is available. We don't send spam - it's only
announcements. You can sign up via the 'Subscriptions' tab
on the 'My Account' page you see once you are logged in.
