Cyber challenged - need help!

I am currently using Netscape Communicator 4.5 and tried to download 7.0 - I continuously get a network error message saying they can't download the regis.xpi file...
This has gone on for DAYS...what do I do????

Try to download the full installation file instead, not the xpi.
