Just another reminder about the clock changing. Daylight saving starts tomorrow in most parts of Australia. This is usually early for NSW, Victoria, ACT, and South Australia which those states usually starts daylight saving on the last Sunday of October.
In December 2006, Western Australia started a [sdt=12419]three years trial of daylight saving[/sdt]. Some liked daylight saving, some didn't. Western Australia will start the last of the three-year daylight saving trial on 26 October.
Queensland and Northern Territory do not observe daylight saving.
The daylight saving should end on the first Sunday in April 2009 (same as what Tasmania has been doing) for NSW, ACT, Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.
Don't forget the forward your clock(s) by one hour. The coming Monday (6th Oct) is Labour Day public in NSW, ACT and South Australia.
