I have posted this before, but still don't have it solved. When I installed
NS 7.2 ,each time I get mail, unless I hold down CTRL when opening, the mai
disappears. This is also true of the history and certain links. I have 4 computers and have no such problems on the other 3. I have downloaded
Opera, Firefox & Mozilla. There is no problem with Opera, but the same problem with all the NS,Mozilla browsers. Any help will be appreciated.

I don't remember a previous post. It would help if you give the URL, so that we don't have to go hunting for it. I don't have time to search, so I will give the usual advice.
1. delete the Inbox.msf file from the account folder on the hard drive. Do this with the program closed, and don't touch the file with no extention, i.e. Inbox.
2.You say that the problem is with the Netscape and Mozilla programs. I hope that you are using a different profile for each. You cannot share them without problems. Opera is not related to Mozilla and Netscape, and Firefox has a different set up, and has no mail.
