You are not allowed to create multiple accounts in SillyDog701 Message Centre.

If found, deleting or banning without notice.

What do you mean multiple accounts?

If you have two or more user accounts in SillyDog701 Message Centre, it is multiple accounts.
Also, registering with fake email address will result deleting of account(s).

Those are basic rules to request users to take responsibilities of their posts.
