Do Not Track will be on by default in IE 10

According to Wired's Webmonkey and Microsoft TechNet, the Do Not Track will be switched on by default in Internet Explorer 10. Of course, the users will have the option to disable it.

The Do Not Track header which tells websites and their advertising partners not to track users' movements around the web requires advertisers to respect it. Somehow, "Do Not Track" simply counters advertisers' interests.
