I have been copying and pasting the address for a link in email. I assume this is the best way to create a link.

Can't you use the "Insert" from the top drop down menus ?
Also located mid-page next to the emoticons selection?

humpd wrote:Basically, what I am hearing here is that, unlike the NS 4.x mail, NS 7.x does not allow a drag and drop method when in email. What I have been doing is right clicking on the address BEFORE CALLING UP MAIL, copying it, calling up mail and clicking on the compose button, and then pasting it in the email message. I liked the method of dragging and dropping an address used in NS 4.x much better than the method NS 7 uses but I guess that the fact that the mail in NS 7 is a separate mail client and not part of the browser prevented NS from incorporating this into their new browser. Thanks for the ideas anyway.
