It seems I can' get on ebay with netscape.
I can get on ebay itself but I can not login on my account while I can with Internet Explorer???

I have heard of eBay problems, but never saw a solution.
In general, when there is a problem like yours, I have been able to access a site, but allowing Popups. Go to Privacy and Security|Popup sites, and click on Allowed sites. Just Add the site.
The fact that it works with IE does not mean much, since most websites are probably designed with the IE user in mind.
But, the Popup blocking can be a problem, because the login page may not look like a Popup, but it is treated like one.
