I'm running into a ton of issues with the new Yahoo mail, looks to me they are using some proprietary code or standards.

One specific issue I'm stuck on; a very small amount of people using Yahoo Mail can not read forwards I send from NS 4.79. This only impacts Yahoo. It does not appear to impact Firefox; so it may be some clash between Netscape, Yahoo & whatever non Firefox browser these folks are using.

Does anyone have any knowledge of this issue?

I just tried to duplicate this person's problem on my Yahoo account & could not duplicate it with FF, Opera or IE.

On the very small chance anyone else experiences this, it APPEARS to be some weird coding issue between the DREADFUL "new improved" Yahoo Mail & the Mac operating system.

I don't know what proprietary coding Yahoo mail is using, but I admin several large email lists & it's been 1 issue after another with them the last few months.

I absolutely LOVE the new Yahoo mail, geoffr. Sorry, Man, but the issue with is an ancient e-mail program like NS 4 and not Yahoo. Time to update that program to Thunderbird or SeaMonkey and then I'm sure you're not going to experience these issues.
