Embeddable "disable flash" component?

Postby Don_HH2K » Tue 12 Oct, 2004 9:04 pm

Is there any way that I can disable Flash events on a webpage that I wrote, preferably something that I can copy/paste right into the body of an HTML document?

Actualy, what I'm getting at is, they're where I can't get to them, as in a web page host's (such as Angelfire) ad code.

oh! you can't do anything about that, except if the the Flash is in a positioning element (such as span, div etc) or anyway named. you can hide it (the element) completely via CSS 2.
For example,
[tt]nameOfTheElement { display: none;}[/tt]
UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en) AppleWebKit/125.5 (KHTML, like Gecko) Safari/125.9
