I have to admit, that's quite odd, not to mention inappropriate, but it made it into my collection of Flash movies anyway...

By the way, if we had nuclear missles hitting all over the place, Austrailia would have nuclear winter, but there wouldn't be anything living down there because of the radiation. I think I heard somewhere that all those supposedly deactivated submarines in northern Russia (Murmansk?), if somehow they all exploded in sequence, all of Russia and most of Europe would suffer from nuclear radiation and probably wouldn't be clean for at least thirty years, while the rest of the Eastern world would sit in nuclear winter for some time...

That's why we have worldwide organizations like the United Nations and the International Nuclear Consortium or whatever it is that's keeping track of the world's nuclear weapons.

They're also rude to the French, Chinese, Austrailians, Russians, and (to a lesser degree) Pakistanis and Indians.

Not entirely. If you remember how our government works, with the system of checks and balances and all that, Congress would need to approve of Bush firing missiles. Problem is, we've got a majorly Republican Congress with a Republican President, so chances are the two will work in unison. On the other hand, if Kerry got on, there'd be no such luck unless China really posed a problem.

I have no idea how US's government works. I'm not the type of person that like politics. I'd aggree with the Kerry part.
