Description:

Windows cannot query DllName registry entry for
{7B849a69-220F-451E-B3FE-2CB811AF94AE} and it will not be loaded. This is
most likely caused by a faulty registration.

This keeps recurring nearly every day I turn the PC on; I have deleted the registry key in question but doesn’t seems to solve the problem. And PC runs really slow.
Does anyone ever come across this problem?

Reading several reports of this from a Google search, this appears to be a problem with IE8 install and/or uninstall. Some reports mention an IE8 beta.
Here are some hits (solutions are at the bottom of the posts): this, this,
and this, perhaps the best as there is another key also to delete.
