Excite.com and NS7.1

Excite.com and NS7.1

You would have to have signed up with Excite to get messages like the above
But this happening only in NS7.1. Mozilla1.7.1 and FF0.9.2 were ok.
Of course there is no way to communicate with these guys. And, as it has happened in the past with other websites, there is nothing wrong with my cookies or javascript settings. I used to be able to access my home page when Moz1.7 was not even thought. It is not so bad, since I have other means, but why do they do this?
