Fatal Exception question??

Postby Bagheera » Sat 28 Feb, 2004 8:00 pm

I guess it sounds worse than it is because my system keeps working but I wonder if this is eventually going to create biger problems..??
Does anyone know how to repair a fatal exception error which happens on start up? It's specific is " OS 0028: C006FC5B in VXD VNETBIOS (01) + 000005EB". It comes up twice with the option to hit return to end program then windows comes up as if all is well.. I'm using Windows 98 second .. 850AMD processor. Don't really have a brand it's a MSI motherboard...I looked on Microsofts web page but couldn't find this specific error...

Thanks, J
