Is there a way I can add a firefox ad like the ones at getfirefox.com which has a link, that only shows up on browsers other than firefox, and when a person with firefox come to my site it shows something like the picture at the link below.

The ad is viewable by firefox and gecko browsers only

Simply add some JavaScript browser detection or using server side scripting language (such as PHP, ASP, etc) and perform a browser detection.
When the output of browser detection shows a browser is not Firefox, show the ads or links.
