Postby sussane » Fri 09 Mar, 2007 12:22 am

Dear all,
I m using FreeBSD 6.1 and Firefox 1.05 installed with flash support. My Firefox crashes after i tweaked(about:config) some settings on firefox. How do i revert back the default settings of Firefox now ??? Waiting for reply, thanks in advance.

If you know which entries you changed, you can go back to their defaults.

In the address bar, type about:config, then go to (or search for) the entry or entries you changed. Right-click each entry that was changed and select Reset, this will change the setting back to the way it was prior to the change, or if it was something new that was added, it will remove that entry from the config upon the next launch of Firefox.

Hope this information helps.
