first time launching Chrome

Postby Antony » Thu 19 May, 2011 11:06 am

Just downloaded Chrome for Windows 7 (under Parallels Desktop 6 for Mac) for the first time, and I must say that I am surprised with the first screen presented by Google Chrome browser.

I did not notice this years ago when I used Chrome.

Since Chrome offered, I picked Yahoo! engine.

Google, having witness the idiocy that Microsoft went through over Media Player in Europe and browsers here in the US, and Google itself the object of scrutiny because 1.) Congressmen cannot stand success and 2.) the book scanning mess, is simply trying to avoid trouble.

In truth, Google, while not a true monopoly, is in a lot greater control of the digital environment than Microsoft ever was.
