We need help. I have a lot of customers that have never upgraded from early verisons of Communicator -- 4.6 and 4.7. We have quite a few customers that are puchasing new systems and want us to move their emails over to the new machine using 7.o or better. My techs are having problems moving the inbox over -- any suggestions, instructions, help?

Moving the Netscape Communicator Users Data From PC to PC should help you out, although you need to know where the new profile info is kept for Netscape 7.2. See Profiles Folder Location for Netscape 7.x / Mozilla 1.x / Firefox0.x / Thunderbird0.x for help on that.
