Is there a way to make Communicator start up with the same font and size each time I click on NEW MESSAGE? It seems to want to revert back to Variable each time, while I want it to stay with Courier.

Also, I dont understand this: On my previoius installation of 7.02, when I used my Hot Keyboard macro to type in a word or sentence, it typed it in, in the font I had chosen within Communicator (Courier for example), but now when I type in a macro word or sentence, it switches to a different font. Also, while I'm typing away in Courier, suddenly when I backspace and begin typing again, it switches to a different font and size.

How do I make it STAY with courier font in all cases?

And what exactly does that drop down menu for "Variable" mean?

Make your changes, click OK. Exit Netscape completely, then relaunch it. The changes should take effect.
