How do you keep your Browser(s) and OS running healthy?

With the A4Tech mouse I am using now (and software), the left button is not programmable, but the right and wheel buttons are.

Well my 98SE computer has never crashed for 1 year! Expct 1 time at boot up. I have NS 7.01 and IE 6.0SP1.
