I knew the part up to Paint, but I don't upload anywhere, and, besides, I think I gave a good description, which requires much less effort from the user, than for me to place a screen shot.
What is this? Would you not consider it a bookmark? It is of ISP.
I will attempt to summarize. After installing the Prefbar, which must compatible with your version, and left click on Customize, you will get a popup called Preference Toolbar, and you will see you will see a bunch of items. Even spacer will do. Right click on it, and you will see a menu, in the middle of which there is New. Left click on that, and you will see an adjacent menu, and left click on link, and you will get another popup.
You enter the URL in the url line, and a name of your choice. I believe that the actual fills itself, but it is grayed out. There is a venue in Ann Arbor, MI, where I lived for several years, called AcousticCafe, but it is called MLive (M stands for Michigan) in the ID line. I filled in the label, and, I click on that to get what would be called bookmark in the Bookmarks Toolbar (where I keep my folders), i.e. the toolbar below the Navigation (URL) Toolbar.
I think that you should be able to figure out what I mean. To convey what I said in a screen shot, it would take as many as three shot, and, unless you just want to see what I said, and not do anything, it is a waste of time.
