How come everytime I want to post an image I have to use Photobucket, ImageShack to see the image, because when I upload the image on my website, it'll not show up.
See here is an example:

Above is the code with the image linked from my personal domain. :roll: Below, is the image code from Photobucket.

Does anyone know why this would not be working. I have posted mages on other sites using a link from my personal domain and it worked, but on SillyDog701 it never works.
Please help, I am at a complete loss here. :cry: :?

Raw bitmap images aren't hotlinkable here on SillyDog701. The second one you gave was automatically converted to a JPEG by Photobucket.

We don't provide file attachment at this time. We ask our members to reduce the size of images to no wider than 550 pixels to avoid annoying horizontal scrolling and long page loading time.

You can check this BBCode guide. Except a few SillyDog701-only BBCodes, most of those are rather common in most other forums.

Okay. All I really needed to know was why my .bmp file formats weren't showing. Now I know. Thanks to everyone.

Okay, I saved the image as [code=.jpg].jpg[/code\ and it still up-loaded it as a bmp.
