Images in Firefox 1.5

Postby stairs » Sun 16 Apr, 2006 10:38 am

I recently installed FF1.5 over 1.0.6 on one of two computers (XP). The site http://www.washingtonmonthly.com/ loads OK on 1.06, but on 1.5 the images have a red diamond in the cornor. In options I allow images, and have specifically allowed images for that site. I can right click and "view image", but they will not display when I load the site. Any suggestions as to what the red diamond means, any settings I might have wrong, or is it a css that works for 1.0.6 and not 1.5?

I am using 1.5.0.2, the latest version. I don't know if there is a problem installing on top, but I have had a strange experience. I tried your link, and, twice I got, immediately, a "Server not found" alert. Then I copied the link location, and pasted into a new tab, and it opened normally, images and all.
I will try the link, again, but something is funny, and not the images.
Let's see if the same link works for me
It does! Try it.
